The Ministry Mapping Inventory (MMI) is an evaluation and monitoring tool to assist in the strategic ministry planning process. The MMI will help leadership teams stay connected to your congregation's gospel mission, each other and make better ministry decisions. Based on data from membership responses (Y-axis) and the congregation's financial data (X-axis) the completed map will identify gospel imperatives for decision-making, including ministry mergers, partnerships and legacy planning.
